Updates for Topaz machines now available In-Store

A new update for the Designer Topaz machines has just been released to Husvarna Viking Dealers. This update will improve the performance of the embroidery unit among other things.

Currently, the Topaz updates are only available to the Husqvarna Viking dealers via the service page. They will be posted to the general public at the end of July. If you would like to update your Designer Topaz 20 or your Designer Topaz 30 right away, please bring in your machine and we will take care of it for you.

It's official... out of 33 dealers, we are the best! The Ontario dealer meeting was held today, and Nick was in for a lovely surprise!

Jim Thielen, president of Viking Sewing Machines, Canada presented us the Ontario Dealer of the Year Award for 2009. Hooray! We have a good track record of outstanding achievement as you can see from all the plaques hanging in our store. But this is the first time we took Dealer of the Year since 1998! What an honour.
