Nick and I had so many people to thank for pulling this amazing event together: our guest educators, Doreen and Mark for teaching; Doreen also donated a quilt to auction off and raise funds for the ALS Society of Ontario (over the weekend we raised almost $1000!); Christine and Elaine for designing the classes, prepping kits, organizing the schedule, and of course, teaching; Linda for making sure all the supplies were in place; Lise and Thalia for pitching in wherever they could...

The retreat wrapped up with presentations to all these people. Nick and I also made a horrible (but amusing...) job of sing an impromptu thank you song. And Hazel won the grand door prize of a Huskystar Embellishing Machine. Much fun was had by all and we look forward to next year!
